ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar

High quality and easy to use synthetic resin mortar for a multitude of road reconstruction problems – a quick and long-term solution for: Road damage, frost damage, prominent dilatation strips and adjustable surface boxes, which become damaged by snow ploughs, damaged areas caused by burning cars, damage caused by construction site vehicles, wheelchair hindrances, missing ramps for fork-lift trucks, etc.

ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar is a synthetic resin mortar, which is mixed with a powder hardener and worked within 15 minutes.
After approximately 25 minutes the restored area is resilient and capable of bearing loads from traffic.
After hardening has taken place ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar is robust against snow chains, snow ploughs and de-icing salt.

In a hardened state ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar no longer compresses. A slight elasticity remains, so that certain tensions can occur in the asphalt without crack creation. The optimal asphalt temperature for working the material is +5 to +30 degrees centigrade. The area to be restored is cleaned with a wire brush. The area is then identified using masking tape. This results in an optically agreeable repaired area. The bucket is opened and the contents are mixed with an electronic stirrer and the necessary amount poured into an empty and clean container. The powder hardener is added. One bag of 150g is enough for 15kg ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar. Once half of the bucket is used half of the bag of hardener should be added to the bucket.

Afterwards the masking tapes are removed. Any height deficits will be levelled and the tools will be cleaned immediately with acetone or nitro thinner. The area is sealed off, whilst the second area is restored, following this the first repaired area can be freed for access.

Attention! ROADPLAST 2K Repair Mortar is not a cold mixture and requires special handling.
