Cleaning is carried out with oil-free and dry compressed air.  Following this the restoration can continue.  The cracks and gaps must be cleaned one day before restoration begins.  Drying occurs over night.  
ROADPLAST 2K Repair Resin combines chemically and mechanically with the asphalt surface.  Following this, the surface is sprinkled with fine siliceous sand. After 30 minutes the area is free for access. Take a suitable canister and fill it with ROADPLAST 2K Repair Resin.  According to the mixing table add the powder hardener and mix for approximately 2 minutes. Now pour the mixture into the cracks and gaps and fill entirely. Removal from the gaps is not possible.  

ROADPLAST 2K Repair Resin is worked cold and does not lead to burns.  In hot temperatures ROADPLAST 2K Repair Resin is neither slippery nor sticky!  Storage: At approx. +15 degrees Centigrade, protected from direct sunlight and frost.  Storable for at least a year.  The addition of the powder hardener is dependent on the ground temperature.  The specific weight of ROADPLAST 2K Repair Resin is 1,5; 1 litre is 1,5kg.  The amount of hardener added is related to the weight.
